Hint for clue #4

First part: the window has the name of a college across 4 lines. The clue has a series of number sets separated by commas. You can assume that creates a three-part statement. Each number set is probably a letter, each column a word. Looks an awful lot like a line/word/letter cipher.

Second part: Once at the bookcase, you’re looking for the author of a book about Alice. But the authors of these books are not the real authors, they are characters in the story. You’re looking for a 6-letter word for the answer, but one of the letters needs to change… according to the clue.
