Hint for clue #8

The inside of Disney Clothiers LTD is decorated like a tailor or dressmaking shop. Along the top, above the displays, in the front left corner of the store, you’ll find a case for thread attached to the wall. That case has rows of thread, but there are empty spaces. 26 of them, in fact. The exact number of letters in the alphabet.

If you filled those spaces with letters, in order of the alphabet, you’d then just need to know which letters you needed to spell a 6-letter word. What came in your envelope that could help? Seems each color is from its own row of thread.
