Answers for the clue that begins, “I’ve flown far and wide…”
1st part
The flyer you are looking for is in the middle row on the far left, it starts with ‘MUIR WOODS”. That is the base of your Caesar shift replacement cipher. From there, you shift in the alphabet left or right depending on the number below each letter. So the first letter, “M”, shifts 8 spots to the right (because it is a positive number) and becomes the letter “U”. When you do this for each letter, it spells:

When you place the clue sheet in the UPPER LEFT of the map, the holes show letters through them. Each hole is numbered, and if you look at each letter in order of the numbers, it spells:
