Answers for the clue that begins, “I’ve flown far and wide…”

We apologize, it is the unfortunate byproduct of using a game footprint we don’t control. The answer described below is correct, however, and will successfully lead you to the 2nd part of the clue, which has not changed.

The name of the service and supply place next to the flight tower is Humphrey’s. That is the 9-letter base of your Caesar shift replacement cipher. From there, you shift in the alphabet left or right depending on the number below each letter. So the first letter, “H”, shifts 13 spots to the right (because it is a positive number) and becomes the letter “U”. When you do this for each letter, it spells:

When you place the clue sheet in the UPPER LEFT of the map, the holes show letters through them. Each hole is numbered, and if you look at each letter in order of the numbers, it spells:
